  • Research market trends and gain an in-depth understanding of the needs of target users, providing
  • Provide professional advice for the brand’s short video marketing strategy.
  • Design and plan various short video marketing activities, such as brand promotion, product promotion, social media challenges, etc.,
  • Increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders including directors, screenwriters, and cinematographers to ensure video quality and creative performance.
  • Monitor the execution of marketing activities, analyze data, and summarize results
  • Optimize campaign strategies to improve the effectiveness of short video marketing.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with partners to explore innovative collaboration opportunities together.
  • Having experience in a 4A advertising agency is a plus.
  • Possessing over 2 years of marketing-related work experience.
  • Familiar with various social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc., and familiarity with the characteristics and user behavior of each platform.
  • Ability to independently plan and execute short video marketing activities, with creative thinking and keen market insights.
  • Effective organization of team collaboration, maintaining good communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure project progress.
  • Excellent writing skills, capable of creating compelling proposals and copywriting.
  • Have own laptop.
