What You Will Do:
  • Brainstorm social media content to be part of a content publishing strategy and seasonal marketing efforts.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive online advertising strategy with short video campaign that aligns with the company’s marketing objectives across various platforms that resonate with the target audience.
  • Ensure synchronization between content, visual and advertising strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness on a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain open lines of communication with customers through various channels, such as email, phone, and social media.
  • Gather, analyze, and report customer feedback and insights to relevant teams within the organization to enhance services and customer experiences.
  • Assist the production team with advertising strategies.
  • Define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels (Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu).
  • Manage end-to-end process of the influencer marketing strategist, starts from approaching suitable KOL/ Influencer, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance.
  • Generate new business opportunities.
  • 4A Agency working experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or similar fields.
  • Proven minimum 1 year of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL / Influencer Specialist, Digital Marketing.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Have own laptop.
