Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and fostering client relationships to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving assigned sales performance targets.
  • Develop a merchant development plan in accordance with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Stay informed about market trends, actively and effectively explore new customers, expand business channels, and continually increase the market share of company services and products.
  • Regularly report on business activities and collaborate closely with operational departments to make timely adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience of business development or working in one of the following industries: chain restaurants, large-scale retail, pharmacy, drugstore, auto-service, mother & infant care, and luxury brands.
  • Applicant with resources in the above-mentioned industries, experience in developing membership reward merchants is a plus.
  • Customer-oriented with a keen understanding of numbers, possessing excellent data analysis, exploration, and marketing skills.
  • Familiarity with chain enterprise management, possessing a high level of macro-analysis ability, and a sensitive market insight.
  • Educational qualification: diploma or above
