Job Description

職責範圍:

行政:

  • 行政庶務支援,包括管理辦公用品、會議協調、處理信件以及維護辦公設備。
  • 維護文檔和檔案系統。
  • 申請及更新許可證和執照,即時關注最新的法規變更和更新。
  • 處理進出口協調、貨運安排及海關文件。
  • 管理公司產業和租賃協議。
  • 協助準備ISO審核。

人資:

  • 工資、薪酬福利、員工關係、招聘、培訓與發展。
  • 維護員工檔案,處理工資發放,並確保法規遵循。
  • 協調外籍員工事宜,包括申請和更新。
  • 保持對勞工法的最新了解,制定公司政策並確保合規。
  • 籌辦公司活動
  • 執行任何臨時指派的職責。

要求:

  • 自備交通工具。
  • 具備較強的溝通、組織、多任務處理和解決問題的能力。
  • 能夠在快節奏的環境中獨立及協同工作。
  • 精通MS Office並具備高度的細節關注能力。
  • 願意出差及加班。

Responsibilities:

General Administration:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Maintain documentation and filing systems.
  • Coordinate the application, renewal, and maintenance of permits and licenses as needed. Keep up-to-date with the latest regulatory changes and updates related to permits and licenses.
  • Handle import/export coordination, shipment arrangements, and customs documentation.
  • Assist in managing company properties and lease agreements.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of the ISO audit process.

HR Functions:

  • Perform the full spectrum of HR responsibilities including payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, recruitment, training & development.
  • Organize and maintain employee files, handle payroll processing, and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate foreign worker matters, including applications and renewals.
  • Keep up-to-date with labor laws, develop company policies, and ensure compliance.
  • Organize company events.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Possess own transport.
  • Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel and work beyond normal hours.
