MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To perform and undertake all relevant official administration task and other official duties
- To manage the filing system and filing all related documents
- Preparing and maintaining office account, related payment and financial records
- Assisting in the preparation for the seminars, briefings, meetings etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent in any discipline
- Certificate in Office Administration or associate degree in Office Management will be an advantage
- Fluent in spoken and written in English
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Computer Literate
- Good interpersonal skills including pleasant personality with relevant experience and possess a valid working permit (for non-citizen)
- Willing to work overtime and weekends
工作待遇:月薪43,515元
上班地點:台北市松山區敦化北路167號12樓A室 (距捷運台北小巨蛋站約420公尺)
上班時段:日班,0900-1700
休假制度:
- 週休二日
- 特休/年假
- 不扣薪病假
