工作內容
- 擬訂人工料機標準值
- 確認成本改善活動執行及核實(CAP/PIP)
- 確認材料專案改善和維實
- 確認材料成本(TRA/QUAL/PRU)
- 確認瓶頸站點UPH參數(QUAL/PRU)
- 確認Layout最佳化、安全性和維實進行生產線工作改善
- 評估效益/成本影響
- 預估標準成本
具備條件
- 具有生產排程或IE相關經驗尤佳
- 具半導體產業相關經驗尤佳
- 揭示薪資含在台期間津貼
科系要求 工業工程相關工業管理相關
工作經驗 不拘
工作地點 馬來西亞檳城，錄取後須配合台灣受訓(新竹)
工作待遇 面議（經常性薪資達4萬元或以上）
上班時段 日班 8:30~1730
休假制度 週休二日
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop standard values for manual feeders.
- Evaluate the benefits and cost for improvement projects, implement and verify project improvement activities, optimize layout, safety and dimension to improve production line.
- Monitor cost of materials and UPH parameters (QUAL/PRU).
Requirements:
- Fresh grads are welcomed.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related fields.
- English communication skills.
- Able to undergo 1-2 years of training in Taiwan.
- Experience in production or IE would be a plus. 6. Experience in semiconductor industry would be a plus.
Work Locations:
- First 1-2 years training: Taiwan. Round-trip air tickets, monthly training allowance, meal subsidies, free accommodation, and transportation related to work will be provided during the training.
- After the training: Penang, Malaysia.
