工作內容
- 督導生產線之運作,即時處理日常問題,達成當班設定目標。
- 確認及督導人員&機台作業/處置產出不足
- 執行DRB/追蹤異常處置
- 督導產品Q-TIME管制符合規範
具備條件
- 生產設備相關/封裝/測試廠生產線作業經驗尤佳
- 揭示薪資含在台期間津貼
科系要求 工業工程相關
工作地點 馬來西亞檳城，錄取後須配合台灣受訓(新竹)
工作待遇 待遇面議（經常性薪資達 4 萬元或以上）
上班時段 日班/晚班，日班,0720~1920 夜班,1920~0720
休假制度 依公司規定
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise production line team members, machine operations and manage insufficient output.
- Handle production line and quality issues.
- Provide feedback to internal and external customers.
- Ensure Q-TIME control of products is comply to regulations.
- Monitor work discipline, attendance and performance of team members. Implement 6S and arrange sub-skills training.
Requirements:
- 3 years and above relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering/science and engineering/business management or related fields.
- English communication skills.
- Able to undergo 1-2 years of training in Taiwan.
- Able to work in shift (Day shift 07:20-19:20 / Night shift 19:20-07:20).
- Familiar with production equipment, packaging, testing would be a plus.
Work Locations:
- First 1-2 years training: Taiwan. Round-trip air tickets, monthly training allowance, meal subsidies, free accommodation, and transportation related to work will be provided during the training.
- After the training: Penang, Malaysia.
