工作內容
整合薪資/所得稅作業,以提供正確的薪酬服務。
- 辦理考勤/計薪/考核/晉升/獎金/所得申報相關作業。
- 負責退休金計算、異動、保險等相關作業。
- 薪資考勤制度合理化/標準化/系統維運。
- 準備受稽(客戶)、執行稽核、回饋結果、改善追蹤等相關作業。
- 主管交辦事項。
具備條件
- 熟悉馬國勞工相關法令
- 揭示薪資含在台期間津貼
科系要求 環境工程相關
工作經驗 4年以上工作經驗
工作地點 馬來西亞檳城,錄取後須配合台灣受訓(台中潭子)
工作待遇 面議(經常性薪資達4萬元或以上)
上班時段 日班 8:30~1730
休假制度 週休二日
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage annual report and payroll declaration of the entire company.
- Calculation of payroll including EPF, SOCSO, changes in job positions, and employee insurance.
- Manage payroll related CSR, customer/regulatory agency audit, prepare and revise payroll related working instructions/SOPs.
Requirements:
- 4 years and above relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related fields.
- English and Mandarin communication skills.
- Able to undergo 0-1 year of training in Taiwan.
- Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act.
Work Locations:
- First 0-1 year training: Taiwan. Round-trip air tickets, monthly training allowance, meal subsidies, free accommodation, and transportation related to work will be provided during the training.
- After the training: Penang, Malaysia.
