工作內容
- 規劃每日工單下線排程及要求生產配合
- 收集與分析各製程站生產週期能力及限制條件
- 急件材料交期之跟催及回覆
- 排除廠內生控人員異常狀況
- 規劃與控制投入之材料規格
- 確認每日收料與營收達到預期目標
具備條件
- 具半導體產業相關經驗尤佳
- 揭示薪資含在台期間津貼
科系要求 工業工程相關 資訊管理相關 企業管理相關
工作經驗 不拘
工作地點 馬來西亞檳城，錄取後須配合台灣受訓(新竹)
工作待遇 月薪: NT$37,800以上
上班時段 日班 8:30~1730
休假制度 週休二日
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan daily offline schedule of production line’s work orders and liaise with the production team.
- Monitor the delivery date of urgent materials. Ensure the materials received and revenue meet daily expected targets.
- Collect and analyze the production cycle capabilities and limitations of each processing station.
- Plan and control specifications of input materials.
- Troubleshoot abnormal conditions of production team.
Requirements:
- Fresh grads are welcomed.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering/information management/business management or related fields.
- English communication skills.
- Able to undergo 1-2 years of training in Taiwan.
- Familiar in semiconductor/packaging/shipment industry would be a plus.
Work Locations:
- First 1-2 years training: Taiwan. Round-trip air tickets, monthly training allowance, meal subsidies, free accommodation, and transportation related to work will be provided during the training.
- After the training: Penang, Malaysia.
