工作內容
- 擬訂及定期檢討部門年度計劃、目標及預算。
- 監督部門業務執行成效。
- 監督部屬計畫性工作進度與成果。
- 跨單位重大業務的協調。
- 蒐集、分析同業管理做法，評估導入
具備條件
- 半導體製造或IC封裝相關經驗11年以上
- 環安衛管理相關工作經驗3年以上
- 揭示薪資含在台期間津貼
科系要求 環境工程相關
工作經驗 10年以上工作經驗
工作地點 馬來西亞檳城，錄取後須配合台灣受訓(台中潭子)
工作待遇 面議（經常性薪資達4萬元或以上）
上班時段 日班 8:30~1730
休假制度 週休二日
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and review department annual plans, goals, and budgets.
- Supervise effectiveness and performance of the department.
- Supervise work progress and results of the department.
- Coordinate major projects across departments.
- Collect, analyze and implement best practices in the industry.
Requirements:
- 10 years and above relevant work experience including over 3 years of experience in ESH.
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental, safety & health related fields.
- English communication skills. Mandarin communication skills would be a plus.
- Able to undergo 0-1 year of training in Taiwan.
Work Locations:
- First 0-1 year training: Taiwan. Round-trip air tickets, monthly training allowance, meal subsidies, free accommodation, and transportation related to work will be provided during the training.
- After the training: Penang, Malaysia.
