工作內容

  1. 撰寫客戶系統需求
  2. 新產品BKM建立(測試/FAB/封裝)
  3. 分析數據Shmoo/Pinmargin
  4. RC&QC/Hold Rate優化

 

具備條件

  1. 具測試相關經驗/測試工程專業知識尤佳
  2. 揭示薪資含在台期間津貼

 

科系要求 工業技藝及機械學科類、工程學科類、數學及電算機科學學科類

工作經驗 4年以上工作經驗

工作地點 馬來西亞檳城，錄取後須配合台灣受訓(新竹)

工作待遇 待遇面議（經常性薪資達 4 萬元或以上）

上班時段 日班 8:30~1730

休假制度 週休二日

 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build systems based on customers’ requirement.
  • Establish BKM of new products (testing/FAB/packaging).
  • Analyze data of new products (Shmoo/Pinmargin).
  • Optimize RC & QC/Hold Rate to improve yield rate.
Requirements:
  • 4 years and above relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics or related fields.
  • English communication skills.
  • Able to undergo 1-2 years of training in Taiwan.
  • Familiar in test engineering.
Work Locations:
  • First 1-2 years training: Taiwan. Round-trip air tickets, monthly training allowance, meal subsidies, free accommodation, and transportation related to work will be provided during the training.
  • After the training: Penang, Malaysia.
