Job Description

工作內容

  1. 事業處/業務處各項管理報表編製及分析，損益模擬、季度/年度目標設定，並提出財務面之建議。
  2. 協助及執行課主管擬定工作計劃，展開細部工作項目，定期回報執行進度及結果。
  3. 依公司各階段管理需求，設計編製財務相關管理資訊報表，供主管提報定期或不定期管理資訊。
  4. 專精日常、結帳、系統作業流程，提出作業流程之整合或改善建議，及異常處理。
  5. 參與跨單位專案，提供專案執行之建議，以輔助課主管建構完整ERP及管理資訊流程。
  6. 依公司規定文件層級，草擬或建議修改與成本管理有關之程序書/工作指導書/SOP，供各單位遵循。

 

具備條件

  1. 製造業會計或會計師事務所之工作經驗
  2. 揭示薪資含在台期間津貼

 

科系要求 會計學相關 工業工程相關 商業及管理學科類

工作經驗 4年以上工作經驗

工作地點 馬來西亞檳城，錄取後須配合台灣受訓(台中潭子)

工作待遇 面議（經常性薪資達4萬元或以上）

上班時段 日班 8:30~1730

休假制度 週休二日

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Integrate and analyze financial data. Propose financial information that meets management needs. Review financial reports and tax declaration data complying with laws and regulations.
  • Evaluate the overall impact of changes in financial and tax laws and regulations, and propose the most suitable accounting system or tax planning.
  • Propose and implement relevant improvement strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4 years and above relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business or related fields.
  • English communication skills.
  • Able to undergo 0-1 year of training in Taiwan.
  • Experienced in manufacturing industry or accounting firm.

Work Locations:

  • First 0-1 year training: Taiwan. Round-trip air tickets, monthly training allowance, meal subsidies, free accommodation, and transportation related to work will be provided during the training.
  • After the training: Penang, Malaysia.
