工作內容
- 確認生產線異常處理(三現/ 材料處置)。
- 處理客戶抱怨案件，並追蹤改善對策有效性。
- 進行品質資料蒐集統計分析，推動品質持續改善。
- 執行定期性品質及客戶預稽核，並追蹤對策有效性。
- 執行品管設備之維護、儀校與重複性再現性之作業。
具備條件
- 具封測/晶圓PE/PIE/QA相關經歷尤佳
- 揭示薪資含在台期間津貼
科系要求 工業技藝及機械學科類 工程學科類 工業工程相關
工作經驗 不拘
工作地點 馬來西亞檳城，錄取後須配合台灣受訓(新竹)
工作待遇 面議（經常性薪資達4萬元或以上）
上班時段 日班 8:30~1730
休假制度 週休二日
Main Responsibilities:
- Confirm and solve abnormality of production line (3 occurrences/material disposal).
- Handle customers’ feedback and ensure effectiveness of improvement strategies.
- Collect and analyze data on quality control.
- Execute regular pre-audits of product quality and customers, ensure effectiveness of improvement strategies.
- Maintain quality control equipment, instrument calibration and regular operations.
Requirements:
- Fresh grads are welcomed.
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics/electrical/machinery/materials/chemical engineering or related fields.
- English communication skills.
- Able to undergo 1-2 years of training in Taiwan.
- Familiar in IC packaging testing and maintenance/process/engineering would be a plus.
Work Locations:
- First 1-2 years training: Taiwan. Round-trip air tickets, monthly training allowance, meal subsidies, free accommodation, and transportation related to work will be provided during the training.
- After the training: Penang, Malaysia.
